We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Bring Me The Horizon merchandise. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the inclusion of your printed return authorization slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
